The family of Scott Wiese is issuing an urgent appeal for information regarding his whereabouts. Wiese, who originally lived in Virginia, has been missing since June 12, 2023, at 9:06 a.m. His family is growing increasingly concerned for his well-being, especially as attempts to locate him have so far been unsuccessful.
Scott Wiese was last known to be in Wheeling, West Virginia, with his last known address being 507 NW Abash St, Wheeling, WV 26003. Prior to this, he had also spent time in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Multiple welfare checks conducted by the police have yielded no answers, and attempts to locate him through phone pings have also been unsuccessful as his phones are no longer pinging.
The family is especially concerned as their mother is "losing her mind" over the disappearance, according to a Facebook post by Wiese's sibling, who resides in Washington state. The family is asking for anyone in the Wheeling area to assist in putting up missing persons flyers, as they are unable to travel across the country to do so themselves.
If you have any information concerning Scott Wiese's whereabouts or have had any contact with him since his disappearance, you are urged to let the family know. Additionally, if you live in the Wheeling area and can assist with distributing missing persons flyers, please reach out to the family.
For those who may have information, please reach out to his sister, Katie Rose, via Facebook at this link, or call 9-1-1.
As each day passes, the urgency to find Scott Wiese grows. His family is desperate for any information that could lead to his safe return.
